Nigerian gospel minister Jonathan Kome new single has been released by the “Onyekeruwa“, translated from Igbo, which means “God who created heaven and earth”. This song was created by Irewole oni (a jazz musician and music producer). This infectious tune celebrates and acknowledges God’s sovereignty in our lives.
Kome’s debut album God In Me was released in 2016. It contains nine songs that were inspired by his unique encounters with God. Each song, including the title track God in Me to Name Above All Names, Keleya, Magnify and others, is an opportunity for you to meet the God behind the music.
Kome released the song in Nairobi, Kenya, because he believes a new kind of worship emerges from various parts of Africa to God. He releases “Onyekeruwa.” With the belief that anyone can worship God with a different sound
“It is time for Africa to lift her voice in praise to God, the only One worthy of all praise, the majestic Creator of the universe. My prayer is that this song will produce a sound of joy and celebration from the hearts and lips of men, women and children that come into contact with it,” Jonathan said.
